When you book through Calendly, the booking form requests your name, email address, company name, and an optional company website. It also asks about your business’s use of AI or automation, your main concern or interest, approximate team size, and the customers you serve. We also receive the meeting time and information you choose to share in related correspondence.

Please provide business information relevant to the conversation and avoid including confidential customer records, passwords, or sensitive personal information in booking answers.

How information is used

Information you provide is used to arrange and manage your appointment, prepare for the conversation, respond to your questions, assess whether an assessment fits your business, and communicate about services you request. A separate engagement may involve additional information and terms.

Website visits and cookies

The website’s own code has no contact form, newsletter form, advertising pixels, custom analytics, or visitor-tracking scripts. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and access logs to deliver and protect the site. Platform-level cookies or similar technologies may be governed by the hosting provider’s policies.

Booking buttons open Calendly in a separate tab. Calendly’s website has its own cookies and privacy choices; the scheduling widget is not embedded in this website.

Service providers and external links

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Scheduling is provided by Calendly. Bookings may also involve the connected calendar and Zoom conferencing service. These providers process information under their own terms and applicable agreements.

Retention and handling

Booking details and related correspondence may remain in scheduling, calendar, conferencing, and email services. Retention depends on the service involved, the ongoing business relationship, and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Providers may retain their own logs and backups under their policies.

To ask about records relating to your inquiry or request that information no longer needed be deleted, contact StuSOCG@gmail.com. There is no newsletter signup or automatic newsletter subscription on this website.
